Had to travel down to Charlotte over the summer to visit friends and just when we made it there, started having problems with our car. We were really upset, what do we do now? We weren't anywhere near home and here our car had to be fixed before we could even think about a trip back. Our friends suggested Twin Transmission, saying they had heard good things so on a leap of faith we called, had the car towed in and they inspected it for problems. Turns out the transmission had failed and needed to be rebuilt. We spoke with Paul mostly. He was very understanding and professional. He understood we had planned to return home after the weekend and hoped the car could be fixed before then. Although it was a Wednesday afternoon, he gave us a price and promised to have the job completed by Saturday afternoon for us. Saturday came and just as promised, the car was ready to go! Paul took the time to answer all our questions, how the transmission would have failed and why, and come to find out we had never maintenanced the transmission so the lack of transmission fluid was the problem. He really educated us on what we can do to keep our vehicle in top shape and I am very happy with his services. I hope to never have this problem again, but if I do and I am near his shop, I would go to him no questions asked.
