Second purchase through Palmetto Ford dealership. First was in 2006. This experience started with excellent on-line response from Dan Lentz who was able to come up with exactly the car and price we were looking for before we even stepped foot on the lot. Dan was off on Saturday when we could get to the dealership and we worked with John Miller as our salesman to close the deal. He and Mike Kalinowski -- the financial manager --- were absolutely wonderful: professional, knowledgeable, and personable. Ron Austin and Brandon Fleetwood rounded out the experience with their help to see that we got the car we wanted for the price we wanted. We are very pleased and highly recommend the dealership. Ask for John Miller if you stop by. A+++.
