My daughter and I called in a delivery order. While speaking with the woman, it seemed she was confused as to what we were talking about even though we used the names listed in the online menu. We thought maybe she was new....when the order came, my daughter had the wrong sandwich. We called Broadway to let them know. The manager came on the line and stated that she had taken order and knows the right items were delivered. We pushed further. She asked us to hold on. She must not have covered the phone because we clearly heard her speaking to someone, saying, ""she wants us to deliver a new sandwich even though she ordered wrong"". REALLY?!?!?! She came back to us and stated that it would be at least two hours before they could deliver a new sandwich. We declined as we did not have two hours to wait. We will never order from broadway again. The truth is not in Not making mistakes, but how you handle it when it happens.
