I used to have no issues with this place, would have given a golden review for it a while ago, now when I call for a cab I get a rude dispatch lady, the cab drivers either drive like maniacs, dont assist with unloading the groceries or even complain about a round trip! The only NICE people i have met so far are the owner and two of his brothers, they are awesome, amazing people. I wish a review could be just about them but its not. Fact of the matter is The dispatch lady was rude, I can understand having to wait for them to get there as it may be busy, but God FORBID they have to wait 3 minutes. It really ticked me off when the lady called me back and said ""If the gate code dials your phone then why do I have to call you back."" Considering we dont have a car the cab company gets a lot of business from us, and it usually isnt cheap business either, so they could afford to be a little more professional.
