Absolute waste of time and money. I had them come out and quote on 3 trees, the first tree was cut correctly and at that point I had to leave the house. The second and third tree were not cut correctly. \r

The sales person that quoted the job said that they would come back out and take care of it. This of course never happened. Then I was told the sales rep (Mike) would come back out with Bob the owner. \r

After cutting 70% of the tree down I was then told by Bob that he could be sued by the city if he cut any part of the tree without getting it condemned but he'd be happy to cut the rest of the tree down for an additional payment.\r

Bob also is some kind of businessman as he came on to my property and according to what he said, was recording the entire conversation to be used against me in a court of law. Of course it's my house and he had no authority but I could care less about that as all I really wanted was to have the trees addressed but Tomahawk Tree Service won't do that at the price they have on the contract.\r

They also said originally that they'd be out in 10 days, after 8 days of waiting to be scheduled I called them as they forgot about me. They were out a week after the call but they don't exactly stand behind what they say.\r

They also take payment up front, sure they tell you 40% on arrival and 60% on departure but they already have your credit card info so good luck if you use them, I sure won't. \r
