Review content:
Pain exterminating had a salesman come out to our house to inspect for carpenter bees and said they could help with our problem. They said they would bring a ladder b/c we were having trouble with bees at the top of our house and we could not reach the holes without a ladder. We set up a date and someone else came out to treat our home. They did not bring a ladder. I let him spray and then called back to the company and asked if they could do what they said they would do and bring a ladder to get the carpenter bee holes at the top of our house. The receptionist was very rude, but agreed to do that and we scheduled a date and time. I left for lunch and came back and they had been to my house without my permission and had done something there. I'm not sure what they did because I was not at home, but I did not appreciate that they came to my house when I was not at home and did not make an appointment with me. I called them back when I got home and the receptionist was once again, rude, and said that they had taken care of the problem. I wrote a bad report about them on a website review and since then they have been harassing me. They have called our house about 4-5 times now asking us to take the bad review off this website. I will not do it, especially since they have been bothering us so much about it. I am about to the point where I am going to be calling the police and reporting them for harassment.
