I have always owned Audis's and have always had bad experiences with all the dealerships within 50 miles of Leesburg. Andrew went way above the call of duty for me by speaking to Audi on a possible recall issue which would of cost me thousands of $ to get repaired without an Audi dealership getting involved. He made the appointment for me and spoke to the Tech at the dealership. After the car was getting worked on by the dealership, Andrew followed up with the actual mechanic to make sure everything was being done correctly. When he found out I also had some issues that did not fall into the recall category he made sure I was not going to get ripped off. Of course I am now bringing the car back ""HOME"" to the Tire shop to have the needed repairs and save $600. \r
