Lousy customer service. I ve had Monroe service for over ten years and they used to be great. Over the last year the service has really declined with a lot of times they ve missed my stop. I will say they have been great about picking up extra large amounts of trash, like from a garage clean out, but then I don t put out much otherwise. However today they lied to me about throwing my like new $85 wheel barrow in the truck and crushing it. I saw them do it and heard the thing being crushed. But Monroe is claiming scrappers must have taken it. Several emails to the company got no response. Lousy way to treat customers.
