Beware of this Company the owner Trad Raven makes promises he does not keep. We did a whole house pack and move job form Daytona Beach to Ohio paid over 5k. We were told by Trad our items would not be mixed with other customers. They even put a hole in the wall and did not tell us about it. There was no supervision during the pack job and when we tried to call Trad he would not answer his phone. They left many items we had to pack in our car.\r

When the movers arrived they had to sort our items from the other customers which we were promised would not happen. Many items were received damaged or either lost due to being mixed with other customers.This move was a nightmare Trad Raven is far from professional as an owner I had to continually chase him down when trying to file our damage claim. He then tried to accuse me of cheating him. When I offered to produce a receipt he stated how do I know these were not purchased at Wal-Mart. I was done at this point and settled for far less.\r

Beware of this company should have used a well known moving company. \r
