Review content:
If you are looking for property manager your reasons are probably because you are looking to simplify your life and increase the efficiency of how things get repaired. \r \r Dowling had a good reputation and did good work... until recently being sold. Now the reputation is the only good part.\r \r They work just as hard, but now they mostly work to avoid work, when you can actually get the person you are looking for on the phone (usually the receptionist tells you they are busy, and/or never return phone calls) they are great in saying all the right things. Only problem is (in)actions speak louder than words. On many occasions we were told calls have been made, plans are in the works, action is about to happen, only to learn weeks later nothing was being done about the problem, and we had to make all the calls and arrangements ourselves.\r \r With so many good property managers in the area, why saddle yourselves with Dowling?
