Very close to reaching goal weight after about 12 weeks, has helped me to eat smarter, feel better and have a better outlook to enjoy what life has to offer. Friends and family notice a difference in ability to do more things and become more energetic. Worth the money, because I don't have to waste money on junk foods or unhealthy. The staff take you through the weight loss program step by step, make it fun, and are awesome to work with.
