Heritage Bakery is a GREAT place to go! Awesome cakes (yummy, creative and beautiful), wonderful quiches and cookies and breads etc. Do not listen to the few negative posts.\r

Obviously the two negative posts say more about the customer than the business, and not in a good way!\r
Who calls a bakery during their busiest time and asks them to shop for them?! Really? Being a loyal customer as you claim you know they always have a big ready selection of cakes, so there is never a worry! Who calls a bakery, or any establishment, especially during a busy time, and asks them to SHOP for them?! Of course Sorella's was happy to help, they never have a store full of customers, and huge selection of baked goods, like Heritage does (they do mostly cakes.. and I love Sorella's too!).\r

I find the lady with the cake for her three-year-old even funnier. Obviously she was more embarrassed than angry. How in the heck would the bakery know the date of the event, the kind of cake AND YOUR PHONE NUMBER if you didn't place an order?!! You did not make an inquiry as you claim, given the obvious evidence as you stated. You placed an order, and didn't have the common courtesy to cancel the order or answer the call? Yea, OK, let's complain now when they call (bet the call was exaggerated as well) ?!\r

Anyway, I didn't want to make my review about the negative comments but I couldn't help pointing out the obvious. \r

Heritage has always been a delight to work with and order from. There is always a line and tons of cakes ordered waiting for pickup. The selection is big and tasty. I just picked up yet another beautiful creation by them, and will continue to use them and recommend them. You cannot go wrong!
