i currently lost my job and decided to visit visible changes for the first time to get things off my mind. i saw gail for my highlights she is the most easy person to talk to she makes you feel like the world is not coming to an end. she is understanding and truely cares about her customers. i love her now, then i saw heather for the cut , again it was awesome service she listened to what i wanted my hair to look like and showed me produts that would help my hair, not only did i love my hair it changed the way i was thinking about my life, i want everyone to know what a great experience i had even though the mall is not the best and visible changes it not the largest pretties salon the staff there makes you feel like a million dollars thanks again i will be back to see them
