I went to the Frederick Office 2012 - 2013. The lab people and some of the others are very unprofessional. I chose to use the Rockville office because they are so much better and they are more professional. Initially the doctor and staff was very positive and after wasting a year of your money/time and of listening to and following their instructions/direction they then turn very negative and start talking about your 15% chance of getting pregnant due to your age. They waste your money by doing as many cycles as you will allow doing minimal or no meds. They are not very forthcoming with information when they mess up. For example when they miss your ovulation day and do the procedure too late. I ended up taking my business elsewhere. I am so happy with that decision and truly wish that I would have done it earlier. I do not recommend this place to anyone. Please look at other options. This place is every where but I think that they are only out to get money. I met a stranger at the new place and their story was very similar to mine. Don't trust them.
