Review content:
Had a going away party for my little brother there. It consisted of him and 5 of his school age friends. I was told because he has extreme allergies to food (eggs, milk, wheat...) we would be allowed to bring in food. Even though they have a no outside food policy. I was told this by one of the managers before I decided to have his party there. At the end of the party we brought in his cake and while serving him and his friends a manager walked back to tell us we had to take out his cake and the ice cream and the children will have to leave with it or throw it out. All of this being said in front of the children. From that point on the situation was not handled appropriately. One of the managers told me even though it was a screw up that they made they were not going to allow him to have his cake. I asked them if it had been a small party how much would it have cost-70.00. I added up the amount we paid with the pizza we purchased through them, the drinks and games and it was well over $100. I later asked how would he make up for their mess up and he had nothing to come up with. I would never recommend this establishment to ANYONE! Not only because of my little brothers going away party but the price wasnt worth it. The large pizza is the size of a medium or small anywhere else and for the amount of time and money a person spends on laser tag-you can just drive the extra twenty minutes from home and go to Chuckie Cheeses. For the older children Putt N Stuff! There is also a laser quest in Akron, that allows people to play for longer. I hope if anyone goes there that they have a wonderful time but I wouldnt take my worst enemy!
Pros: Had a closed in area for extremely small children
Cons: Expensive, rude staff, kids are skating into the play area-not good for children without skates!
