To be perfectly candid, most people do not relish the thought of going to buy a car, and having to go through the ""negotiation"" experience. Buying a car is a business deal. You tell me what you are willing to sell the car for, and if that is acceptable to me, I will buy the car. I can't be convinced to buy something by offering me ""incentives"". From the first person I met on the lot to the last person I said goodbye to that night, everything was handled in a professional business-like and friendly manner. It was obvious the staff got along well and worked together as a team.I would highly recommend the internet process as a means to settle a sales price. It is convenient, straightforward, and although I can only speak from the buyers viewpoint, works extremely well. One email and a few phone conversations resulted in a firm price and the exact vehicle we wanted (which was not on the lot). All in all, I would highly recommend Moss Bros for a vehicle purchase.
