Review content:
These people are liars and their workers are VERY unprofessional. They said that they were going to be there and provided service when you most needed (like your car needing a tow), but report for the people whom they said they were working for that they ""showed up"" and saying that they called me directly several times but I didn't take calls (though I waited approx 2 1/2 hours w/ MY PHONE in my hand waiting for someone to call me). My concern with them is that I have AAA using them as a provider and they said don't have any other towing co, which is an out landish lies also from AAA Texas. They can, but they don't want the hassle of trying to find another towing company due to paperwork. These people from Big Daddy are nothing but liars and unprofessional who needs to re-evaluate their mission of their company. This guy didn't feel like towing my car so he takes this crow bar and jam many times into my car so it would run. Apparently, his plans didn't work. Overall, don't rely on them. I will report also that AAA is giving them a pass.
