Beware ! They do carry nice stuff, but their products and repair rates are overpriced and their service department is SLOW. They were extremely reluctant to even give me a repair quote, and instead asked me to simply set a limit as to how much I was ""willing to pay to get my lawn mower fixed"", and then as long as the cost was going to be less than that amount they would simply repair the mower and call me when it was ready. Who runs a business like this ?!? I finally got a quote out of them once they had diagnosed the problem, but when I went to pick it up the total cost was $60 higher than the quote. I had to get indignant with the guy in order to get them to honor the quote they gave me. The mower is running, and I did pay the amount that I expected in the end, but the repair took twice as long as expected and overall I was not happy with the way I was treated.
