Review content:
We signed a contract with Creation Builders with one of their representatives, Guy, in order to change some grass into concrete in our backyard. Our contract stated that we were to pay 50% of the cost after demolition was complete. However, Guy insisted on payment before the demolition was even halfway done. When we refused to pay, the office manager called, trying to convince us to make the payment because the workers claimed they had completed demolition, when they CLEARLY had not. I again insisted on not paying because of the terms of the contract and he threatened to pull the workers from the job and vandalize the work that they had already done. He also threatened to sue me and put a lien on my property.\r

He didn't stop there. He also claimed I ""lacked self respect"", called me stupid, and an asshole. I have never experienced such blatantly disrespectful customer service in my life and these statements made towards me should tell you what kind of people run this ""business"".\r

Creation Builders is run by unrofessional individuals who care more about their money than the quality and care of the work they put into your home and I highly do not recommend them, even for a job as simple as changing your light bulbs.
