Review content:
This is Dr. Lindgren from the Monarch Dental office in Layton. I'm pleased to read that the reviews of our office have been mostly positive, but I am concerned with two of our patients who did not have a good experience. ""Jeff Silverman"", I apologize for the unpleasant experience and I know we can do a better job. Please come in and give us an opportunity to make things right for you. ""Consumer Critic"", I apologize for the misunderstanding. I am a strong advocate of preventative dentistry and wish that all my patients could avoid the unpleasant experience of having a tooth restored. In my treatment planning I only recommend restoring a tooth when the decay has extended beyond the enamel and has no chance of healing (remineralizing) through frequent brushing and flossing. Please allow me the opportunity to review your case so that we may come to a mutual understanding of your dental history and treatment needs. I would be pleased to clear up this misunderstanding and help you in any way I can.
