WORSE EXPERIENCE EVER!!!\r
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE HORRIBLE. THEY ARE RUDE ON THE PHONE, HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, LATE TO APPOINTMENTS, EVEN BROUGHT A CHILDREN TO MY HOME FOR THE REPAIRS. NOT A GOOD CHOICE.\r
I CALLED FOR A REPAIR OF A WASHER/DRYER CENTER. THEY WERE VAGUE ON THE REPAIR PRICE AND MORE INTERESTED IN SELLING ME A USED (>10 YR OLD) MACHINE. WHEN I AGREED THEY BROUGHT THE WRONG MACHINE AND INSISTED IT WAS MY FAULT. I FINALLY FIRED THEM AND WENT TO SEARS AND BOUGHT A NEW MACHINE.\r
LATER I FOUND OUT THEY CHARGED A BUNCH OF EXTRA THINGS TO MY CREDIT CARD WHICH NEEDED TO BE DISPUTED. VERY RUDE OVERALL. POOR SERVICE. I QUESTION THEIR TECHNICAL CAPABILITIES.
