I first need to preface this review with, ""I know I should never trust a used car dealer."" That said, I will as briefly as possible tell you my experience with Dayspring Auto. My wife and I purchased a Mazda MPV minivan from these guys back in May. Just recently, after spending over $3000 do we have it in decent running order. When we went to the lot, the car was in amazing shape. It looked new. We took it for a 20 minute test drive and things seemed great. I was a little worried about the ""as is"" no warranty policy, but was assured by Eddy, the salesman who worked us over, that ""we stand by our cars"". \r
On the way home, the ""check engine light turned on"". It turns out the Mazda needed a new catalytic converter. This would cost around $1000. It turns out the way Dayspring stands by their vehicles is to send you to a mechanic they know that gives a slight price break. So we got a new catalytic converter. The Check Engine light comes back on and we have to replace the other catalytic converter. Another $1000. Then the coils need to be replaced, then the oil gasket seal needs to be replaced. \r

I don't expect the car to be perfect, but Dayspring did nothing other than refer us to a mechanic. I was hoping they might help out with the repair, or maybe, and I know this is reaching, take a grand or two off the cost of the van. After promising that the van was in excellent condition and that they would stand by their cars, it was very disappointing to be exploited by them. \r

Please do yourself a favor and avoid this used car lot. I would hate to see this happen to others as well.
