Businiess name:  Saffron Indian Cuisine

Review content:
Probably the worst tasting INDIAN food Buffet!\r Definitely not made from scratch!\r The food tasted like they opened up a can or pouch of curry and added meat/ vegetables! Gave us heart burn!\r \r Please note that we (about five couples) had been to Saffron and ordered off the dinner menu once before and the food was okay.\r It is the buffet that was really disappointing if you're Indian.\r \r If you're not familiar with Indian food and are okay with imitation Indian food then the buffet might be tolerable.\r \r After that experience I started following my rule of thumb: If you go to an Indian restaurant and don't find a lot of Indians eating there, it's not authentic and probably doesn't get a lot of regular customers.\r \r Saffron: Please use this criticism constructively. The service and ambience was great. Some (not all) of the items we had ordered from the dinner menu were great. It is the buffet that really needs work.\r Again, this comes from people familiar with Indian cuisine. \r Rather than using instant curry masala, try doing what you do during dinner.\r \r Till we hear different from our friends and colleagues, it's good bye to Saffron!\r Fortunately, I found some great authentic Indian cusine in other parts of Charlotte.\r
