I have to believe that the owners of this restaurant set out to attract the male business crowd, and succeeded. While the male wait-staff is dressed in trousers, long-sleeved shirts and vests, the females wear short, tight black dresses, often paired with fish-net stockings and high-heeled boots (and sorry, women, but it looked cheap not classy). The restaurant's clientele was 90% men. As a professional woman, I cried at the clock being turned back so far.\r

If this appeals to you though, I'll admit that the steak was very good as were our gnocchi appetizers. Our waitress, attire notwithstanding, was very professional. And the room is incredible with its high ceiling and dramatic red curtains. Unfortunately, due to the ""uniforms,"" I will not return.
Pros: good service
Cons: overall, I would not go back because of the sexist ambience
