July 2013. New to this salon. Atomosphere was very nice. Needed last minute facial hair removal and the technician was so nice. The wax worked well for my lip hair removal. The ""cotton"" used to clear any residual wax was very stringy and thin and seemed to stick to my face. I kept picking off strands of cotton. Not sure why cotton balls were not used. The room was regular lighting with a reclining chair. No special lights were used which would intensely light up my face - hence about 5 straggling hairs I had to pluck when I got home. For $14 I would assume that the lighting used would be conducive to seeing minute hairs still to be plucked.
