Review content:
Very poor customer service as well as not being a reputable company. Discovered after years that my ""monitored"" smoke alarms had never been hooked up! Of course nothing is ever their fault and you WILL continue to be billed for non-working equipment. Very sad company.
Had other issues with the initial install. Each installer that came out to ""correct"" what the previous installer had done complained about how the first installer had wired the home.
Pros: None.
Cons: All.
