Hi Holly!
Thank you for being the fairy godmother of computers. I am up and running beautifully since you restored the system to an earlier date and got rid of Hightail. The only thing that is not working is “search”. Can’t search for anything anywhere. Control panel indexing options tells me “indexing not running” (DUH) and the rest is totally blank. I don’t know how to set up indexing to allow me to search all folders, documents, email, etc. Can you help? Should I call back into Tech Butler so they can schedule me with you??
