Tom said he was going to replace one 10' gate and then a 3' small gate next to it. He replaced the 10' gate (5 weeks late), the workmanship on the hinges looked like my kid did it for the first time. \r
After calling and texting him 10 more times with no response, he never started or finished the 3' gate next to it. I am having to call another company to finish his job.\r
Tom doesn't answer the phone EVER. He will text back, but broke his promise to finish the job at least 6 times.
