This is the worst customer service I had ever experienced. Not only was I treated like an inconvenience when I was there but after I ordered a lettermans jacket I was told 2 week turn around 3 weeks max. I ordered it 6 weeks before my sons birthday to be his gift. We are now 3 days before and we still have not received it. When we have called just to make sure we have been yelled at by the staff. The hard part is we have been in customer service for years and would never want our own customers/clients to feel that way. I am surprised a place with such awful customer service can remain in business.
