Review content:
I have used their service for 1 year now and completed 5 services as stated in the contract. They claimed that their product will work for 3 months but 1.5 months after the last service, the spiders started to show up in the house again. I called them about their claim and their warranty but they refused to come because they said I closed my account. They insisted that I need to do a minimal of 3 more services for them to honor their warranty which I think is a really bad customer service. So, this is my take on Edge Pest Control. If you are willing to pay $100 every quarter forever for them to come and perform the service, then go for it. But if you are not planning to do so, you'd better go another route because sooner or later (which is unfortunately too soon for me), the spider will come back and they will not come back unless you sign another contract.
