Review content:
I have come to the conclusion that in order to work at K-Mart Pharmacy, the Pharmacists are required to take an extra class. The class, I imagine is called something along the lines of, ""How To Be The Most Ineffectual, Incompetent Pharmacist That You Can Be."" or perhaps, ""20 Ways To Irritate A Customer In 20 Minutes Or Less."" That or K-Mart hires the rejects from other Pharmacies.\r
In the six months I have gone there, I have yet to pick up my weekly prescription without a hitch. Whether the wait is an hour, or they screw up the amount, something always happens. I actually dread picking up my prescription. I might think it was something personal, but I've witnessed many other orders taking far longer than they should, the orders themselves being wrong, etc, etc.\r
Fed up, I tried a different Pharmacy this week, and I almost cried in gratitude at how phenomenal my new Pharmacist was. He was kind, took the time to answer my questions, and most of all, he did not make me feel like I was asking for a favor. More than once I've got the impression that the Pharmacists at K-Mart couldn't care less whether I filled there or not, in fact I made it a point to avoid one Pharmacist in particular who has one of the worst attitudes I've ever encountered. Eye rolling is an art form to this woman, and the weary sighs when you dare to have a question..as if I'm asking her to borrow money for the umpteenth time, rather than, y'know, asking her to do her job. \r
I've been spoiled now, so I'm never going back to that awful place. Find a different Pharmacy where they don't invite an employee's children into the booth, and where they actually care about their customers.
