Orbits Leasing and Car City are a bunch of crooks! They sold me a lemon back in 2008. I kept telling them it sounded like the transmission was slipping but they kept assuring me it was fine. Toni is extremely rude and should've been fired long ago. In August 2009, I was making a trip from Michigan to Reno, NV. GUESS WHAT! The transmission went out in the middle of Nowhere, WY. (Laramie, WY to be exact). And of course they refused to help me fix it. So.....I left the van in Laramie and took the Greyhound the rest of the way to Reno. Spent time with family and took the train home to MI. Later I got a car from JD Byrider. Much friendlier staff and more willing to work with you. Stay away from Car City and Orbits Leasing. Avoid them like the plague!!!
