Review content:
Quick, courteous and excellent service is why Alpha is first on my list to call if I need any more TV repairs. They were contacted by my in home service contract provider to diagnose and repair my large LCD TV. The flickering of the screen was sporadic. Alpha said just call when the flickering occurred and they would come over to diagnose the problem. They came over within the hour of my call, diagnosed the problem, ordered the parts, and took the TV so they could install the part as soon as they received it. They said we’d have our TV by the weekend and the keep their word. I recommend Alpha TV!
