I am extremely disappointed with this practice. We have been seeing the same doctor for almost 10 years and since the practice broke off and started Advanced Family Care there seems to be no real concern for it's patients. They take for ever to return your calls or set up referrals. When the office does call it's normally because they are just getting around to you a week later and they are letting you know it will be another week before anything happens. This at times has cause a lapse in medications being refilled for weeks at a time. I'm not staying at a office any longer that has no concerned for it's patients or making sure they get their prescribed medications on time. On a side note: I'm not sure that the doctors at this office know that these things are going on with their staff.
