When I called about an issue regarding a malfunctioning light, I was yelled at by both the lady that answered the phone as well as the manager. After yelling at me, the manager finished her tirade by stating, ""That's just too F***ING BAD!"" and hung up on me.
I had not used foul language, I had not yelled at either of them. I was just trying to explain why I didn't feel I should have to pay the service call fee since the issue came up as a result of a repair being made to my garage door. They insisted that it was coincidental and were not at all interested in hearing my point of view.
I do not recommend dealing with this business if you expect any kind of legitimate customer service, and if you expect to not be nickeled and dimed over issues that a good business would be happy to remedy at minimal cost.
These people should not be working with people.
