Truly a dump- waiting on plumbing to be fixed since 8/7, neglecting the fact that we first brought the issue up in May. For over two weeks filling our toilet with water to flush it, and no way to shower. We have been lied to repeatedly by everyone from building 'inspectors' to office staff. I've said it on every website I can find, do your research. If this company has ANY connection to a lease, RUN away. This apartment was rented to us through a broker, and nowhere in the lease was Urban American's name- check this thoroughly before you sign anything! I am a reasonable person until I am consistently lied to, and that is all we get with this company. Based on my own experience, and others found on the internet, I suggest you call 311, document, document, and document some more- there is a good chance you will need it. For anyone else posting here, PLEASE put your address in your review so that it shows up in searches for others as warning.
