Worst customer service that you will ever experience. The folks in the repair and customer service department here are completely rude, sarcastic, and unhelpful. It's amazing to me that this place can stay in business. I purchased a lawn tractor here and have had several repairs that needed to be done already in the first year after purchase. All stuff that is covered under the warranty, yet Nashua Outdoor Power refuses to honor the warranty. And to top it off, their repair department is pretty incompetent, they'll ""fix"" something, send it back to me (along with a big bill), and the repair will not have even been made. I'm thinking of contacting a lawyer; it won't make sense financially to do so, but they've treated me so poorly that at this point I just want the satisfaction of getting them to honor the warranty that came with the tractor.\r
Take my advice, run, do not walk, away from this place as fast as possible. Just truly horrible customer service, run by lots of nasty people.
