Review content:
I've been a satisfied customer in the past but this summer took my vehicle in to have two separate problems diagnosed. I was unpleasantly surprised to have to pay for the technicians time to diagnose my problems at $100 each time. I've now paid $200 and haven't had my problems fixed. I should have remembered this but was in a hurry as I was leaving for the summer and apparently had amnesia upon my return when I took it in again; my mistake. Just be aware of this if you decide to use them to diagnose a problem but don't let them fix it. Also had one incident where they changed my oil but apparently didn't get the filter tightened down properly and I took an 800 mile trip and found the oil had spewed out until my light came on alerting me my vehicle had no oil left. Could have ruined my engine I was told but luckily the problem was discovered I had it fixed before any damage occurred. I told them about this when I returned. They were skeptical but did give me a free oil change on my next visit.
