I want to share the wonderful experience I had with Janet at the Eye Depot. I have a terrible astigmatism and a career which involves traveling the country frequently, making it very hard for me to stay with just one optometrist. I was in Florida for a few months and desperately needed to order more contacts with a current perscription from my optometrist in Denver, Colorado. I phoned quite a few other eye centers and everyone I spoke with were not interested in helping me since I had not seen one of their doctors. When I phoned the Eye Depot it was quite simple. They were VERY courteous and transfered me to Janet, their contact specialist. I left a brief message on her voicemail explaining my situation. Within the hour she returned my call and without hesitation she immediatley began helping me. She even went the extra mile and personally contacted my doctor in Denver to verify my perscription and ensure that I would be receiving the correct type of contacts. \r

I REALLY appreciate a business that takes the time and goes the extra mile for their clients. Eye Depot and Janet did just that for me. To anyone who is looking for a good optometrist in Bradenton.... I highly recommend Eye Depot!
