After 5 years of consistantly agressive price increases despite good driving record ; for silly reasons such as the statistics for your car theft increased; I found this agent moving my policies between different american family companies to increase the premium; Even worse, when I switched off to GEICO paying 75% less, He refused to refund me the remaining 4 months ; after i had sent him my policy declerations, stating it was earned premium; despite him recieving a refund from american family for it. Stay away from this shady agent and his ""earned premiums.""
