Stay away. I am very disappointed. On top of having the worst customer service they are experts on selling fake gold and fake diamonds.\r \r For those who will still decide to do business with these people I would suggest \r \r 1) Carefully read every word they write on the invoice, make sure they mention the carats (DO NOT LOOSE YOUR INVOICE)\r \r 2) Take the item that you bought from them to some other jewelry store and check (sometimes they stamp 14K on 10K gold)\r \r 3) GOOD LUCK!
