My family and I stopped by last fall to talk to someone about dirtbikes, as we are considering getting a few in the summer. Fortunately we were met by Ray Turk. He spent some time with us explaining a lot about the different bikes that would work for our kids. I was immediately impressed by his demeanor and his knowledge. He was informative and easy going, exactly what we were looking for in a salesperson. A couple of weeks ago I decided to get a cruiser for myself. I did some research online and found exactly what I wanted (2012 Honda Shadow Phantom) at another cycle store. I went and checked it out to make sure I liked it, and immediately called Ray. He said they didn't have one in stock but could get one for me, no problem. The whole purchase process was seamless, and Ray kept me updated along the way. When it came in, Ray arranged to have it delivered to me, but we had a small break in the weather last week, and I drove it home in the rain! The bike was perfect and exactly what I wanted. If you are in the market for a bike, or just need to talk to someone who knows what they're talking about, please give Ray Turk a call.
