Review content:
Ownership has Changed here.\r
The practice originally owned by Dr. Pluckhan (also operated by Dr. Potts). Dr Pluckhan has moved to Gilroy and Dr. Potts is at another practice in Campbell.\r
\r
I started going to Crossroads for a bulging disk. After several DRX treatments I was restored back to normal movement with little to no pain in my lower back. After treatments I returned to this practice now operated by Dr. Ferrigno's care, the treatments were OK. I did not worry since they were really only maintenance treatments. \r
Dec 2012 My lower back was feeling tight and the muscle aching so I made an appointment with Dr Ferrigno’s office for the following morning. Unfortunately I was taken from his office in an ambulance due to passing out from extreme pain after his treatment resulting in several visits to a Physiatrist and medical doctors.\r
\r
When working with the insurance Dr Ferrigno would not provide all of my records and made it difficult to get the information I needed to process an insurance claim costing me thousands of dollars out of my own pocket. This was very disappointing. I would not go back or recommend anyone going here again.
