We are in process of buying an older home and had asked 1st Class Home Inspection to perform a full inspection for us. \r
I had a good conversation with Jason prior to the inspection and he was very knowledgeable, courteous and also willing to respond on short notice and accommodate our schedule.\r
The inspection of the 3,600 square foot 2 story home from 1920 was extremely thorough and lasted for a full 4 hours. I stayed with Jason during the inspection to learn as much as possible about the structure and potential challenges we might be facing and had a chance to experience his technical expertise first hand. \r
All areas were addressed from the conditions of structure, drains, pipes, electrical compliance, insulation, structure down to infrared probing for moisture in the walls.\r
I am very satisfied and would definitely recommend 1st Class Home Inspection to anyone looking for a professional and thorough home inspection. \r
