Sometimes we take for granted the work of others and sometimes we just don’t take the time to acknowledge a job well done. I just wanted to drop a note to thank them for a job well done managing my properties in San Jose. It would be impossible to manage them from here in Arizona and I’m thankful that you’ve done such a good job. The ten ears plus that you have managed my properties has been a very positive experience. Thank you very much for making owning a rental property from a long distance away such a pleasure.
