Review content:
The customer service at this company is horrendous! For a month our phone service was nothing but spotty. We had to call tech support many times to try to get them to fix it. They would have us running up and down the stairs to make changes to their equipment. They then would tell us they would check into it and call when the service was up...they never called to let us know ANY of the times they said they would. So, I decide to cancel the phone service...I am told there is a $40 fee, but they will wave that if I sign up for a years contract ($360 early disconnect fee) Currently I am on hold and have been on hold forever, just trying to get this done even after I said I would pay the $40. My original service had no fee for changing service...but they implemented the charge when they took over for the previous company - my monthly bill went from $60 to $93!
