Absolute WORST customer service of any utility company that I have ever encountered in my entire life! I currently have a problem with my phone service not working and I have tried to contact them via my cell phone four different times. Twice I was on hold for 15 minuted before I hung up. Once I was on hold for 30 minutes before I hung up, and once for 40 minutes before I hung up and contacted the sales department to try to get things expedited. They transferred me to 2 more times and put me right back to where I started- ON HOLD! They were were kind enough to apologize and tell me that they only have two people working the phones in the service department... TWO PEOPLE! Are you kidding my. Needles to say... PRAY that your service works perfectly because if it doesn't you are in for a NIGHTMARE!
