Review content:
Do not use RSVP! They are completely unprofessional and provide extremely below par service.\r
\r
1) They delivered a golf cart to my house the day before the event without prior notice. The only person available to receive it was the gentlemen pressure washing my driveway. When we got home to move the golf cart out of the way it had leaked oil on the driveway.\r
\r
2) They arrived 30 minutes late for my wedding so when I arrive to walk down the aisle I am greeted with a traffic jam and see my guest walking down the street to get to my event.\r
\r
3) They didn't park the vehicles where I advised them to on our contract and created a madhouse trying to clear the jam in our cul-de-sac they created. Needless to say, my neighbors were not happy.\r
\r
4) I paid for a golf cart that was only used once because they used my personal car to retrieve my guest's vehicles. Per the attendants, the golf cart would not suffice and they needed a car to complete the job.\r
\r
5) The first time I hear about the golf cart not being able to do the job is while I an running the attendants to and from the correct location to park the vehicles in my wedding dress. This is the time I took to explain the importance of not parking wedding guest vehicles on the street yet it still continued to happen.\r
\r
6) They left 4 hours before our contract end time without advising me they were leaving. They did this by bringing all of the vehicles back, parking them in the street (which I had already previously advised them NOT to do) and left my guest's keys on the counter.\r
\r
The main reasons I contracted their valet services was for my guest not to have to find street parking then walk to my wedding as well as not to inconvenience my neighbors and RSVP failed at both!
