I went on a Tuesday to get balloons for a very special one year old. The first year of his life was absolutely tragic as he had MANY life threatening issues. By Wednesday night the balloons were dead and on the ground. I paid extra to have the hi flow balloons. When I called to ask if this was normal and explained that I had balloons for another birthday party in December for someone elses birthday that were STILL flying high, the Manager, Derrick was like talking to a shoe. HOW DID THIS PERON BECOME A MANAGER????? No I'm sorry,, no explanation, NOTHING. It was like pulling conversation out of a rock!!!!!!! I will NEVER go here again...and any one of my home owners and friends that need balloons I will direct elsewhere!!!! Unbelievably bad customer service from someone who should NOT be in management position. If I was his district manager, I would have fired him a LONG time ago!!!!! I'm forced to give a rating...it should be nothing!!!!
