Took a beginners Windsurfing lesson here this weekend. Our instructor Bill was very knowledgeable and did a thorough review of all the basics on shore with us before setting us off to sail. The wind was just right for a beginner and we were able to get a really good feel for what we were doing. I would definitely want to windsurf again and maybe take a second lesson at Captin Kirks. The store is no-frills but the semi-private class is just right. Excellent way to try windsurfing locally. They provide all the equipment for the class, wetsuit rental is $10.
